During the summer of 2016, Northpoint Student Ministries will be sending over 25 of our youth on student mission teams to Athens, Greece, Tanalian Bible Camp in Port Alsworth, Alaska, and Gabarone, Botswana for a week of serving and spreading the gospel. These short-term mission trips are an incredible opportunity for our youth to grow as a team and as individuals as they see God impacting hearts through their willingness to “go and make disciples.”
To help offset the cost for each student, we will be offering a special Fundraising Dinner THIS Saturday, April 30, at 6:00 p.m., in Heritage Hall. The menu will include dishes that reflect the incredible cultures our students will be ministering in, with favorites from Greece, Botswana, and Alaska for you to experience. The night will also include an opportunity to support our teams through a donation, as well as win some great prizes through a $1.00 per ticket raffle. Along with the great food and fellowship, you will hear from our students about the trips they are participating in and how God is using missions to both challenge and strengthen them in their faith.
No RSVP is necessary, just come and enjoy. For more information, please contact Carolee Jefferson or Jonathan Clubb at 951.734.1335. Thanks for your prayers and support … and we hope to see you there!
